All the arrangements were handled with the utmost efficiency and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and courteously. The day the work was carried out, the weather was absolutely atrocious, but Stuart, Mark and Callum took it all in their stride. They were very professional, worked extremely hard, and despite the snow and bitter cold, remained cheerful and good humoured throughout. We honestly couldn't fault them and the same has to be said for everyone else we dealt with at Cotswold Drainage.
