Absolutely first rate and I can't speak highly enough of this company. From my initial telephone query, right the way through to the completed job, the level of customer service was outstanding. All the arrangements were handled with the utmost efficiency and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and courteously. The day the work was carried out, the weather was absolutely atrocious, but Stuart, Mark and Callum took it all in their stride. They were very professional, worked extremely hard, and despite the snow and bitter cold, remained cheerful and good humoured throughout. We honestly couldn't fault them and the same has to be said for everyone else we dealt with at Cotswold Drainage. Highly recommended and we wouldn't hesitate to use their services again in the future.
